Jenny Kutnow is an independent experiential and environmental designer based in London. She specialises in translating brand systems into physical environments, including wayfinding, signage, and large-scale graphic installations across workplaces, campuses, hospitality settings, and cultural spaces.

She brings over 20 years of experience working across graphic design and the built environment, with a background spanning architecture, brand, and experiential design. Her work is grounded in context, clarity, and buildable solutions, with a focus on delivering projects from concept through to production and installation.

Jenny has held senior roles at Education First, Deliveroo, and Etsy, and has worked with studios and organisations including Local Projects, OLIN, Samsonite, and Arquitectonica. She was a 2012–2013 Public Access Design Fellow with the Center for Urban Pedagogy.

Previous clients include John Lewis, the Royal Academy of Arts, Gensler, Pentagram, Tiffany & Co., Whole Foods Market, Galeries Lafayette, Le BHV Marais, the New Victory Theater, Bloomberg, the National Building Museum, Bumble and bumble, Omio, Macy’s, and the American Museum of Natural History.
